This year we are again conducting votes for our Annual General Meeting on-line via our website.
To be able to vote you must enter a password which is in the attachment 'How To Vote' that will be sent to your email address. If it is not in your In Box please check your Junk Box.

Once you have logged in you will be asked to support (or not) resolutions tabled for our AGM. Each resolution has an associated set of three tick boxes to support, not support or abstain. Please make your selection for each resolution. Then if you have comments about the Society's business, please add these into a free text COMMENTS box. Finally, once you are happy with all your responses, click on SUBMIT to register your votes.
This poll will close at midnight on Sunday 12 October 2025
Members who do not have access to a computer will have been sent a postal vote form.
Each member should only vote once.
